Brushes cleaned, airbrush cleaned, and kit is packed. Having my cup of coffee before the choas of a 16 people bridal party for Nora's wedding this morning. Thank goodness for great assistants and awesome makeup. Can't wait to add Nora and her girls to gallery! 

My calender is starting to scare me, but I love it. Busy is good, I just can't neglect myself. I must find a balance between work and friends. LIfe is too short not to enjoy it! Luckily, I'm going on a last minute trip to Miami for some much needed R&R but getting right back to trials, brides, and lessons with some personal shopping! Can't wait! 

I've had to pass up a few weddings lately due to be overbooked. I mean, I'm not complaining. Business is going great and my calender is filling up (knock on wood!), but sometimes I wish I can be omnipresent. I wish I could do everyone's makeup but its impossible. I am lucky to know so many amazing makeup artists, so when I am booked, I am grateful to have reliable people to refer my clients to. 

Yesterday I booked 2 new  brides for Spring 2012 weddings. They are such great girls, I'm already super excited and honored to be a part of their big day! And I booked another bride with no trial. I can't even articulate how it makes me feel that a complete stranger has booked me just by trusting my reputation and skill through images. Blessed for sure! 

I'm so excited to share these photos. Anna, who got married last month sent me some great images as did Marissa, who got wed in July. Unfortunately, I forgot to capture a before of Marissa so she will not make it on my before and after gallery. Enjoy.

I say it all the time, I love what I do because I meet some of the most incredible people and many of my past brides have become friends. Just yesterday I had dinner with my new friend and had a blast. I can tell that we will be long good friends. I call this a BONUS! 

I can't wait to meet all my new brides to be and their bridal parties.

Planning NYE is always so overwhelming. Perhaps I should do something low key and local and take clients all day. Yeah, maybe I should book New Years Eve makeup clients.... 

I love this time of year. So many lovely couples are getting engaged and brides are on the hunt for the perfect makeup artist. I am booked solid with trials and weddings. Spring/Summer and Fall of 2012 is going to be BUSY BUSY!!! So exciting! Thank you to all my supporters. Your referrals are very appreciated! xoxo!

This week gets better and better. My best friend just had her first baby. Can't wait to meet him in a couple of hours. Life is beautiful!!!
